1. Agreement

By using this platform you agree to these terms. It is operated by Invictus Technologies (Pvt) Ltd and provided to sports clubs and their members.

2. Your account

Your password and any password reset link we email you are personal to you. Do not share or forward them — anybody holding one can take over your account.

Tell your club administrator immediately if you think somebody else has access to your account.

3. Registering a child

You must be the parent or legal guardian of any child you register, and the information you give must be accurate — particularly medical details and emergency contacts, which a club may rely on in an urgent situation.

Submitting a registration is a request, not a place. A club reviews each one and may approve it, decline it, or ask you for more information.

4. Fees

Fees are set by your club, not by us. Your club decides what is charged, when it is due, and what happens if it is not paid.

Where fees are shown as outstanding, they are payable to your club. Persistent non-payment may lead your club to suspend participation.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access records that are not yours, disrupt the service, or use it to send anything unlawful, abusive, or misleading.

Club broadcasts are for club business. Sending marketing or unrelated material to a club's members through this platform is not permitted.

6. Availability

We work to keep the platform available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take it offline for maintenance.

7. Liability

We provide the software. Your club is responsible for coaching, supervision, safety, and the accuracy of what it records. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
