Refund Policy

1. Who this is between

Fees are charged by your club. Any refund is your club's decision, under its own policy. We process payments on its behalf and cannot grant a refund ourselves.

2. Registration fees

Registration fees cover the administration of enrolling a child and are generally not refundable once a registration has been approved.

3. Monthly fees

Monthly fees cover the month they are raised for. If a child leaves partway through a month, whether any part is refunded is at your club's discretion.

If a club cancels its programme for a period, contact your club administrator — they can credit or refund the affected fees.

4. Payments made in error

If you have paid twice or paid the wrong amount, contact your club administrator. A duplicate payment can be reversed, and the reversal will appear on your invoice's payment history. If you cannot reach your club, write to invicsports@invictustechno.com.

5. Third-party charges

Any processing fee applied by the payment provider is theirs, not ours, and is not usually refundable even where the underlying fee is.
