About Invictus Sports
We build the software a sports academy actually needs to run day to day, so coaches can spend their time coaching and administrators are not living in spreadsheets.
What the platform does
- Player and parent registration, with a proper review step before anybody joins a squad
- Teams and age groups, including clubs that run more than one squad at the same age
- Attendance, marked per team per session rather than lumped together by age group
- Athlete development across 24 KPIs in five FIBA-aligned categories, scored each quarter
- Fees: a schedule per age group, discounts, monthly invoicing, and a full payment history
- Secure online payments through a licensed third-party provider
- Club messaging by email, SMS, or WhatsApp, with delivery visibility
How we think about safety
Most of the people in this system are children, which shapes every decision we make.
- Access is scoped on the server. A coach cannot reach another coach's squad by changing a URL.
- Sign-in is by password, salted and hashed, never stored as typed. A forgotten password is reset through a single-use emailed link that expires shortly after it is issued.
- We do not store card or bank details. Payment happens on the provider's own page.
- A child under 18 cannot create an account. A guardian registers them and gives consent.
- Every consequential action — approving a registration, reversing a payment — is recorded.
Who we are
The platform is built and operated by Invictus Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, working across Sri Lanka, Australia, and New Zealand. It began as a system for a single basketball academy and grew into something any multi-sport club can use.
